Blower Door tests for large buildings

For large building testing should be used so many fans that allows to achieve 50Pa pressure drop in whole building volume.

Together with our partners  from IRBEST  company we have capabilities to provide Blower Door tests for buildings up to 1,500,000 m³. In IRBEST’s reference list there are already 4 buildings with 1,420,000 m³ each and about 20 buildings with volume more than 300,000 m³.

We carry out the airtightness measurements (Blower Door tests) for industrial and office buildings, warehouses, sport halls, multi-apartment buildings, schools and kindergartens, shops and supermarkets, water parks and swimming pools and for other facilities all around Europe from Bulgaria to Finland and from Germany to Russia.

 The measurements were carried out are to verify compliance with building regulations, European standards and the specific requirements of the customer. In addition to measurements we provide leakage detection giving to customer a clue what is could be improved for better result.

For best results the measurement (inspection) of air permeability of building envelope is recommended to provide during the construction phase, as well as before and after renovation
